The Remora3 is the next gen version of the Remora series. It is an ultra-rugged, long-life battery powered device with up to 20+ years battery life (Depending On Configuration) on the Remora3 LTE-M/NB-IoT.

- Powered by off-the-shelf Lithium Thionyl Chloride (LTC) batteries for extreme temperature operation
- Tracks assets when they’re on the move and enters sleep mode when stationary to conserve power
- Battery meter with ‘Battery Low’ and ‘Battery Critical’ alerts
- Weatherproof and ultra-rugged IP68 and IK07 housing
- Magnetic Tamper Detect
- Either LTE-M / NB-IoT Connectivity.
Tamper Detection
- Glue the supplied magnet to the surface of the asset.
- Place the device over the magnet, allowing the magnet to fit into the recess underneath.
- Ensure that the magnet firmly adheres to the surface of the mount point. If it is not stuck strongly to the mount point, either magnetically or with the aid of adhesives, it may instead stick to the device housing.
- Ensure that it will reliably separate from the Remora during tampering, so that the alarm will be triggered.
- If the Remora is removed from the asset – the Remora will immediately detect that the magnet is no longer present and send an alert/notification.
