App Update Login Fix

Appologies a small number of ios & android devices were unable to login after the update if you see a white login screen here is the fix:

Apple ios

If you have a white screen when trying to login in to the ios app on an apple device this will fix it.

Please delete the app and download it again.

After this it will let you log in again using the same username & password.
This does not affect the laptop login.

Android/Samsung

If you have a white screen when trying to login in to the app on an android/samsung device please try this to fix it.

Here is the fix.

  1. Go to settings on the phone
  2. Then click apps
  3. Look for the app called Location Tracker V2
  4. Click storage
  5. Then click clear data on the app
  6. And click clear cache on the app

After this it will let you log in again. This does not affect the laptop login or the device current location & history.
